Another Tasty Breakfast- The South Side Cafe in Reno

There are different rules everywhere.  You can call it context, expectations, whatever you want.  When it comes down to it, the South Side Cafe can do things that the Stone House Cafe can never get away with.  Why?  Because the Stone House has a fountain, cloth napkins and waiters that look like they have a degree in Literature.

So just what did the South Side Cafe do?  They made a freaking breakfast quesadilla with chorizo, eggs, and monterey jack cheese.  Oh wait, MONTEREY JACK CHEEZ WHIZ!  Technically, this his horrible food.  It is processed, unhealthy and unnatural.  Sensually, its DELICIOUS.  Crispy tortillas, more firm eggs and creamy cheez whiz.  The potatoes were good too.

The South Side Cafe knows the rules, and exploits them to its advantage.  They aren't going to try to out fancy the Stone House, just to out "greasy spoon" them.
