Along with furthering my self-education on photography (according to Amy's favorite blogger - Pioneer Woman, my food shots should have the aperture slow enough to fuzz out the background), this cake maybe made my summer. It's an Italian cream cake that blew my mind, and the mind of everyone who tasted it. I shouldn't have been surprised, Amy had made Italian cream cupcakes before and a great many socks were knocked off thereby.
Anyway, Amy's dad was having a birthday, se she made this cake. It is a delicious cake, with a deliciouser frosting. That's all I have to say about that.
