The Valentines Cupcakes

For Valentine's day, nothin' says loving like PB&J cupcakes.  They were AMAZING.  So delicious.  The cupcake part was peanutty and had great texture, and frosting was also peanutty and slightly salty and then the jelly on top tied it all together.

McKinna, of course, wanted to be in the middle of the cooking process.  She promised to follow Amy's instructions to a tee, but didn't.  Amy asked her to turn the mixer to "4" and McKinna turned it to "10".  The results were not a suprise, but made a good pic.
