Which of these signs is unnecessary?  The handwritten one or the other?  It goes without saying, these are in front of a government parking garage.  The best part is that there are two professionally done "No Public Parking" signs, and each has a handwritten "No Public Parking" sign taped on it.

That's hilarious. I love finds like this! I wish I had a better camera phone. I came across what appeared to be a teenager holding a sign on the street like a bum, but upon getting closer the sign said "just holding a sign for the hell of it" I would of liked to get a picture of that.
